Corporate Law – (LL.M.)

The company law master course (60 ECTS) offers specialisation in economic and legal subjects, providing professional and academic training for the development of internal and external consultancy to companies. From the professional viewpoint, specific company consultancy training is given for the professional practice as inhouse or freelance consultants. From the academic perspective, interrelations between different legal and economic disciplines with effects on companies and their activities are analysed in depth.

o General goals: The master´s general goals are to gain specific knowledge and skills to be able to provide companies with legal advice in matters such as market activity, intangible assets, labour and tax matters, accounting and finances, contracts, economic criminal Law, and bankruptcy Law.

The maximum number of students is restricted to 50.
