This is a two-year Masters that awards 120 credits, containing bridging, core and elective modules of specialisation. The following pathways are offered: Bioelectronics and Biomedical Instrumentation, Biomechanics and Rehabilitation Technology, and Information and Communication Technologies in Healthcare. The studies will be completed by the presentation of a Masters final project.
Career Opportunities
The principle aim of the Masters is to create experts in the field of biomedical engineering in the industrial and healthcaresectors. The third focus of the degree is in R&D activities in public and private scientific research groups and centres.
There are therefore many career opportunities in jobs that require biomedical engineers with the scientific and technical expertise to analyse and solve medicine and biology-related problems, capable of designing, using, coordinating and maintaining healthcare teams and systems and biomedical instrumentation in hospitals, the healthcare industry and research centres.

The main aim of this inter-university Masters is interdisciplinary training of biomedical engineers to provide the scientific and technical know-how to analyse and solve medicine and biology-related problems, capable of designing, using, coordinating and maintaining healthcare teams and systems and biomedical equipment in hospitals, the healthcare industry and research centres
Requisitos
* o Addressed to: Engineers, technical engineers, and medicine and pharmacy graduates
* o Admission: Academic records. In pharmacy and medical graduates, training in mathematics and physics will be valued.
