ECTS makes teaching and learning in higher education more transparent across Europe and facilitates the recognition of all studies. The system allows for the transfer of learning experiences between different institutions, greater student mobility and more flexible routes to gain degrees. It also aids curriculum design and quality assurance.

The FH Vorarlberg buildings have numerous lecture theatres and seminar rooms, tLab (Technical Lab) with several lab parts, a video and audio lab, computer lab, multimedia room, meeting room and offices, library, media centre. Eating facilities and a cafeteria are also on site.
All rooms are networked and have, in part, data and video projection facilities.
Computer-PoolsStudents can work at approximately 400 PCs (ratio students to PCs: 2 to 1). The computer rooms are available for registered students 24 hours a day seven days a week.
User AccountEvery student receives at the start of the course a user account with a password. This also includes e-mail and Internet access.
Wireless LAN Wireless LAN is available on the campus at the FH Vorarlberg. This means students can connect their laptops to the FH network.
